What we collect
When you use our enquiry form we collect your name, company, email address, phone number, project location and the message you write. We don't use advertising trackers on this site.
Why we use it
We use these details only to respond to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to prepare a proposal or contract. Our lawful basis is your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, under the Data Protection Act, 2019.
Who sees it
Your enquiry is delivered by email to our team. We don't sell or share your details with third parties for marketing. Our website host and email provider process data on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 24 months. Records linked to contracts are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing info@shaneebal.co.ke. You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
